Pastor Kevin Douglas Sands

Pastor Doug resides in Clarksburg, WV with his wife of 20 years, Ettica.
To this
marriage was born a daughter, Lauren and two sons, Benjamin and
Michael. Pastor Doug has been in the Gospel Ministry for over fifteen (15) years.
He teaches and preaches the truth of God in a way that is challenging and
applicable in today's living.
He is the Senior and Founding Pastor of Oasis Worship Center, a
non-denominational, full gospel church located in Bridgeport, WV. He also
serves as the Administrator of Kingdom Covenant Fellowship International, a
non-profit corporation established to develop and coordinate an affiliation of
like-minded covenant Pastors and Ministry Leaders to impact the nations with the

Pastor Doug has a Bachelor of Biblical Studies and Master of Ministry in
Christian Counseling from Mount Moriah Ministry School in Havre de Grace,
Maryland and is also a Certified Behavioral Consultant through the Institute for
Motivational Living in Pittsburgh, PA.
The assignment on Pastor Doug's life is to challenge the people of God to see
their God-given purpose and equip them with the tools to achieve and fulfill
that purpose.
